Products & ordering
All products are made available subject to availability. Many items are printed or produced on demand, which means:
Products are created after an order is placed
Delivery times may vary depending on the item and supplier
Slight variations in colour, print placement, or finish may occur
These variations are a normal part of made-to-order production and are not considered defects.
I reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise
Prices include applicable taxes where required
Payment is taken at the time of order
I reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders where an error has occurred. If this happens, you will be notified and refunded in full.
Fulfilment & third-party suppliers
Orders may be fulfilled by trusted third-party print and fulfilment partners, including but not limited to Teemill, Gelato, and Inkthreadable.
As a result:
Production times may vary by product
Items in the same order may be shipped separately
Packaging and dispatch locations may differ
I work closely with fulfilment partners to ensure quality and consistency, but I cannot guarantee identical results across all production methods.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
I am not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier issues
Customs processing
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
Circumstances outside reasonable control
Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been dispatched.
Returns & refunds
Because many items are made to order, returns are handled in line with UK consumer law and supplier policies.
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
