Returns window

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition

Free from damage, marks, or strong odours

Made-to-order items

Most items are produced specifically for you once an order is placed.

For that reason:

Returns are accepted for faulty or incorrect items

Size exchanges may be available (depending on the product and availability)

If you’re unsure about sizing before ordering, please check the Size Guide or get in touch — I’m always happy to help before you buy.

Custom Design orders cannot be refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item:

Arrives damaged

Has a printing fault

Is the wrong item or size

Please contact me as soon as possible with:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos if applicable

I’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size:

Contact me within the returns window

Availability will depend on the specific product and production partner

If an exchange isn’t possible, I’ll talk you through the next best option.

Return postage

Return postage costs are usually the responsibility of the customer

If an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage will be covered

Full instructions will be provided once a return is approved.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and checked:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider

Original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Orders with multiple items

If your order includes items from different production partners:

Returns may need to be sent to different addresses

I’ll provide clear instructions if this applies

Please don’t return items without contacting me first.
