International delivery may be available on selected items (this will be shown at checkout)

UK delivery times

Most items are made to order, then shipped once production is complete.

Typical UK delivery timeframe:

3–7 working days from placing your order

Packing

Delivery

During busy periods (launches, sales, holidays), delivery may take slightly longer — but I’ll always aim to keep things moving.

Orders with multiple items

Some products are made by different production partners.

If your order includes items fulfilled by more than one partner:

Items may arrive in separate deliveries

You will still only be charged once for delivery at checkout

This helps keep production responsible and reduces unnecessary stock holding.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Any applicable free delivery offers will be clearly shown.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive:

A confirmation email

Tracking information where available

Didn’t arrive or something wrong?

If your order:

Hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe

Arrives damaged

Appears incomplete
